ABOUT US

Established on 1987. We are one of the manufacturers and exporters of knitted and woven readymade garments.

We are doing the orders of PEACOCK STORES, EMPEROR STORES, POUNDSTRETCHER STORES & MORRISONS children garments.

Our production capacity is 60000 garments per month, the orders we accept minimum 3600 pcs style in 3-4 colourways, minimum 1200 pcs oer style accepted in highvalue garments.

Our terms for payment for all orders against Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight basis only.

Now, out Annual Business Turnover is around Rs. 10 crore.

MACHINERIES

We have WASTEMA BAND KNIFE CUTTING MACHINE, GERMANY - 1 no in which, can maintain the workmanship of all garments clearly.

We specially imported the below machines for children garments

PRYM SNAP ATTACHING MACHINE, U.K. - 2 Nos, which are used for attaching snap fasterners in bodysuits, Sleepsuits & Romper an all baby garments.

We are used to check each and every garments of babywear through the 'CINTEX' NEEDLE DETECTOR MACHINE, U.K. - 1 No, to find out any metal part or broken needles upto 0.5 mm thickness before packing the garments. It is imported specially for babies' garments.

PATTERN MAKING & CUTTING

Centralized cutting occupies a large section of our shop floor. Emphasis has been duly placedd in this department from which the garment finally takes shape. An well-experienced team of Professional carries out pattern making, Fabric inspection, pre-production sampling, layer cutting & sorting. The epartmnet is equipped with a fabirc Testing facility & Testing facility & technical staff to inspect all fabrics for texture, Gsm, knitting, dyeing / printing defects.

Our designs are nightwear, 2 pcs sets and 3 pcs sets pyjamas, and baisc t-shirts, covering all age groups for men, ladies and Children, specially Bodysuits, Sleepsuits, Rompers made from the following fabrics.

SEWING (CMT)

The stiching department is spread over ten independent units, each of which specialize in a particular style of garment this allows faster, more efficient and highly flexible production. The supervisors and quality control personnel stationed at each unit are thoroughly conversant with the pattern / style and hence quality is maintained.

FINAL CHECKING & PACKING

All manufactured garments are bought to the centralized packing department where checking, steam ironing an final Finishing is carried out under a team of professionals who adhere to international standards & buyer requirements.
