Gangai Garments plays a vital role in Manufacturing and Exporting All kinds of Knitted Garments of various styles for Ladies, Mens and Childrens.

Gangai Garments was established in the year 1987. Under the able leadership of
Mr. R.Mathiyalagan who has got more than years of experience in the field of Garments exporting . We employ more than 230 skilled labours, 32 staffs and 23 Exec & Mgrs.

Our Company Future plan additional Capacity over Head Rail system 5 + Ton Processing Plant OEKO - Tex Certification moving to Apparel Park (Alloted by Govt. of India for Hitech Facilities).

Three crochet elastics machines capable of making inner, outer, frills and self designs – in Lycra also.

Processing

State of the art dye house with excellent Lab facility with ‘JAYPACK’ computer software supervised by professional dye house incharge and workers to achieve the exact shade with lot continuity Heat setting machine suitable for treatment of Lycra fabrics, Polyester, Polyamide, other synthetics and blended fabrics.

Compacting machine both in felt and shoe types suitable for attaining the required structure and blended fabrics.

Product Integrity Lab

Fully equip lab facility to check all criteria’s along with any more specified by the buyers. Shrinkage, lot to lot shade continuity, Color Fastness , light fastness, Crocking (dry and wet) Flammability, Spirality, Garment stitch burst, Fusing, Button, Elastic, Printing Ink Qualities etc..

Printing

Semi automatic printing machines suitable for making chest prints, allover prints in plastic Inks with glitter finish. Foam finish etc.

Cutting

Automatic Laying machine, Band-knife machine backed by cad-cam support ensures precise cutting of fabrics and minimum wastages.
