New Delhi, May 29 (KNN) Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN) has announced that they have partnered with eight billing and accounting software vendors for providing software to the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which are having annual turnover of less than Rs 1.5 crore.

New Delhi, (KNN) Eyeing to enhance services to facilitate Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ministry of MSME for the year 2019-20.

On May 1st, 2019, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA“) released e-form MSME 1 (“MSME 1“), requiring all companies obtaining supplies of goods/ services from micro and small enterprises (“Enterprises“) and whose respective payments to such Enterprises exceed forty-five days from the date of acceptance or the date of deemed acceptance of such goods/ services to file MSME 1, by 30th May, 2019.

The Infrastructure Development Company Limited (Idcol), will be seeking $100 million in loans from the GCF, and hopes to secure a further $66 million through borrower co-financing.

GST Network (GSTN) Tuesday said it has started offering free accounting and billing software to MSMEs with annual turnover of up to Rs 1.5 crore, which would benefit about 80 lakh small businesses.

The National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) said on Tuesday, it has signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Ministry for 2019-20 in the presence of Ram Mohan Mishra, CMD, NSIC, and MSME Secretary Arun Kumar Panda, PTI reported.
