We, SUBHASHREERAM GARMENTS an ISO - 9001: 2000 is situated in Tirupur popularly known as the knits exports zone in India. The company was incorporated in the year 1989, and during these 14 years it has grown, slowly and steadily, and presently has achieved a turnover of $ 2.5 million of exports, and our employees strength has increased from 25 no's to 125 no's. Contractual labour strength being 350 no's. We cater to buyers from UK, USA, Germany, France, and The Netherlands.
Infrastructure
Circular Knitting
We have five Single Jersey Circular Knitting Machine with a out put of 1500 kgs/day.
Flat Knitting
We have 5 jacquard collar/cuff knitting machine With a capacity 7500 pcs / day.
Processing
We have eight open tub dyeing machines with total capacity for 2300 kgs / day. Recently we have installed two imported atmospheric and one HTHP soft flow dyeing machines with total capacity for 2500 kgs/day. We are equipped with dryers. All processed water are treated in our effluent treatment plant for conforming safety environmental standards.
Finishing
We have Calendering , Heat setting, Compacting, Raising machines which put together handles a tonnage of forty per day.
Embroidery
We have four 9 colour Imported machines. Two each in Barudan and Eagle wheel, totaling eighty heads. These are capable of handling works like applique, add-on requirements, Boring technology. Punching for these designs are done by our own facilities.
Printing
Our Machine printing and Rotary printing can handle 12 colours print and has an out put capacity of 4000 pcs / day and 4 tonnes / day respectively. Different varieties of printing like Plasticsol, Embossed, Full Coverage, Flak, Glitter Etc., are done and to get best results after printing process, we have curing as well as fusing machines.
Sewing
We have three units with total machineries capacity of 180 nos. Production out put per day is 20000 pcs. To Optimise our Quality standards, computerised pattern (CAD) , Layer cutting, Needle detectors, Vacuum steam iron , Stain remover etc., are in use.
Manufacturing
Experienced persons head this departments, who programes and assure cost effectiveness coupled with quality. Online inspections are done regularly to maintain Buyer's quality standard.
