Eligibility for Membership:
Tea-India.org website is only available to buyers, sellers & service providers in the apparel and textile industry. Only registered members of Tea-India.org are allowed to use the site.

Member ID's and Password:
Access to and use of the Tea-India.org is through a combination of user ID and password. Your ID and password are unique, confidential and proprietory within the Tea-India.org website. Each member agrees not to disclose any confidential information including user's name and password except on a need to know basis with the members of his own organization.

Responsibilities of the Members:
The member assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of any and all information including his product information, services information and any other information related to his product or business.

Fees and Payment:
The company as per prevailing norms and cost factors will fix membership charges for becoming a member in Tea-India.org. The membership fee is non-refundable and subject to renewal every year. Fees are payable by Indian members in Indian Rupees by cheques/demand drafts, while foreign members will have to pay it in US dollars by demand drafts.

Compliance with Law:
All buyers, sellers and other members of the Tea-India.org shall comply with all the applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding the use of Tea-India.org

Taxes and Duties :
It is member's responsibility to take care tax and other levies that may be in force on their trade either buying or selling and the company will not be responsible in any form either directly or indirectly in their transaction.

Ownership:
The Tea-India.org web site and all intellectual property rights included therein, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets are owned by Tirupur Exporters' Association. and all rights and title and interest therein shall remain the property of Tirupur Exporters' Association.

Link to third party sites:
Tea-India.org may contain links to other site. The web site is providing these links to you only as a convenience although Tea-India.org is not responsible for the contents of any linked web site.

Lawful Use:
As a condition of your use of Tea-India.org, you warrant that you will not use the web site for any specific purpose that is unlawful and prohibited by these terms and conditions of this agreement.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify Tea-India.org from and against any claims and damages of any kind including attorney's fees resulting from your use of Tea-India.org web site, your breach of any provision of these terms and conditions and/or any intentional wrong - doings by you.

No guarantee of access:
Tea-India.org does not and cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the web site owing to factors outside the control of the web site.

Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws prevailing in the city and the district of Coimbatore, India which shall have exclusive jurisdiction in over any action brought to enforce the terms and conditions in, or arising from the agreement.

Modifications of Terms and Conditions:
Tea-India.org member will be terminated from the memberships in case of violating the above stated Terms and Conditions or in case found involved into any illegal or harmful activities which may adversely affect the reputation and credibility of the organization
