Infrastructure
The
Company has not invested in machineries for knitting / dyeing/ printing etc.
But these operations are carried out by associate companies with whom we have
working arrangements. These companies all have modern machinery which are able
to cope with the specific requirement prescribed for each operation. This system
is operating successfully for the past ten years. We are concentrating
on stitching the garments. At present, we have an installed capacity to produce
50,000 pcs a month.
We
can produce any garments and all you have to do is to name it. At present,
we do not do any designing ourselves but this job is handled by our overseas
counterpart who sends us detailed drawing/ sketches ETC based
on which the garments are produces.
We
produce mainly men's and ladies garments of all types. For the last couple
of years the main items we have been producing are men's polo and T.shirts
using 2/60s mercerised fabric. We have also been doing 2/60s double mercerised
items.
Timely
Shipment and maintenance of quality are the two areas where we concentrate .
This is giving us greater dividends by way of customer satisfaction and thus
greater Business. The fact that we are working with the same set of buyers for
a decade is sample proof to show our sincerity, honesty and our capacity to produce
quality products.
