* Supplier Identification
                In this we keep a track of new and potential suppliers with a focus on their product range, financial status, infrastructure, man power and efficiency of management and other parameters.
* Sampling
                We make samples based on the latest trends, colors and designs. These samples are then sent to the buyers for their marketing and promotions.
* Order Execution and Quality control
                Once our buyer procures the orders from their respective markets then these orders are executed and a thorough quality monitoring is done to ensure best quality.
* Status Reporting
                Status reports are sent to the buyers by fax or email. Analysis of products is done in relation to the delivery terms. The shipment is dispatched only if it is up to the buyers required standard.
