Knitting
We have our own knitting division of 90 machines, for fabrics single jersy, interloc, rib & pique structures.
Processing
We have our own dyeing unit for processing, the processing unit has been well equiped with soft flow machines, winches, baloon padding, compacting, steam calendering and finishing machines.
Stitching Factory
We have nine factories, well equiped with latest imported sewing machines located in nine premises of layout area of 1,10,000 sq.ft. Each factory has a sequence of machineries, cutting, sewing and vaccum steam ironing. In total we have 900 machines in overlock, flatlock, puller, trimmer, kaja & button machines. We have a team of people for the periodic maintanance of the above machines, for getting a good performance and finishing.
Embroidery
We have five BARUDAN - embroidery machines of 100 heads which helps us, to get quality of finishing in embroidery and timely production.
Elastic Machine
we have ten comez-elastic 20 GG machines including electronics machines which helps us to get good quality of elastic tapes and timely production.
