                       Headed by a Professional garment designer. The department specializes in creating original ideas and samples to assist our customers to have a better variety to show. This essentially a policy of ours to support our customers in their marketing efforts. Sampling department also assists in developing customers samples. The interfaces with all the departments till final shipment. This is to ensure that the quality of sample and the shipped product are same exactly.
PRODUCTION
                       Our ‘In-House’ garmenting department has all latest machines and equipment to finish contemporary quality garments. Trained and experienced team of Pattern Masters, Tailors, Quantity Supervisors and inspecting staff from the core work group .A complete range of Imported Sewing Machines in Production unit .This unit contains 100 no’s of sewing machines.
CAPACITY
                       Based on the basic T-Shirt, we can able to produce 1, 25, 000pcs Per Month. A Part from Basic T-Shirts we produce Sweaters, Polos, Pants, Casual shirts for Mens and We Produce pants, Sweaters, blouses, T-shirts & Camis and Sleepwear for Ladies.
KNITTING
                       We had our own knitting unit, which has all imported machines with high gaage and feeders. The Knitted fabric is made under checking through Roll checking Machine before deliver to dyeing unit. Our range of Fabrics Dia: 18, 20, 22, 24, 26. We have made Tie-up with two knitting units for our constant requirement. So we have the possibility to make all type of fabrics like Single Jersey, 1 x 1 Rib, Interlock, 2 x 2 Rib, 2 Thread fleece, 3 Thread fleece, Pique Fabric, Battani and Critical Design like Waffle Design, Jacquard Design, Interlock Autostrips and Engineering Stripes.
PRINTING
                       Wiseman Exports had Two Own Printing Units.

                       We have very much experienced in all printing methods like PIGMENT, PLASTISOL, REACTIVE & DISCHARGE. Also we can execute the new developments in garment prints like FOAMPRINT, FLOCK PRINT & GLITTERED PRINT, TIE-DYE & DIP TYE & BATIK GARMENTS. And moreover we have deal with other 2 printing unit for bulk requirements.
EMBROIDARY
                       We have our Own Embroidery Unit for Constant requirement and moreover we have Deal with other 4 Embroidery unit for our bulk requirements.
FINISHING
                       Our ‘In House’ Finishing Department has all latest machines and equipment to promote more out-look on the produced garment. This department contain 10 No’s of steam iron box with vacuum produced ironing tables and stain removers, etc., give a quality finish to our garments.
DYEING
                       We have made tie-up with 2 fabric dyeing units for our constant requirement and Moreover we have dealt with other 5 dyeing unit for our bulk fabric requirements. So we have the possibility to do all type of dyeing works.
COMPACTING
                       Furthermore, we have made tie-up with fabric Compactors for shrinkage control processing. At present scenario, all fabrics required compaction to avoid shrinkage width wise as well as length wise.
FABRIC TEAM
                       Our Fabric Team Consists of technicians related to every stage of processing like Yarn to Knit, Dyeing, and Compacting & finally “After Wash” Checks.
SUB-CONTRACT
                       Our Quality Team is taking care of our Sub-Contractors for maintaining good quality procedures on their units.
LABS
                       We have Our Own lab capable of testing all requirements of various buyers according to their standards.
