QUALITY STANDARDS

In Processing

RAW MATERIAL

Quality yarn after passing test. Greige fabric is controlled for yarn/knitting defects and verification of weight.

DYED FABRIC

Colour matching and fabric check for dyeing defects.

COMPACTION

The fabric is compacted to maintain dimensional stability and spirality as per customer requirements/ ISO Standards.

LAB TESTS

The processed fabric is tested for colour fastness to dyeing and printing GSM, Dimensional stability and spirality.

In Garmenting

PATTERN MAKING

We do pattern for all our products through CAD for making and grading by a software

MEASUREMENT CONTROL

Samples stitched to recheck pattern / measurement
Pilot Sample : 10 pcs stitched in each colour/size to confirm style, workmanship and measurement

ONLINE INSPECTION

At every stage of production (Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, Checking & Finishing) the garments are inspected in randomly by the quality inspectors.
